Our plaster and gypsum range offers products designed for moulding and casting. We offer a variety of sizes including 1kg for beginners. The 5kg tubs are great for medium sized projects. And the bags range from 20kg to 22.5kg, great for any large-scale projects. Our Barnes regular casting plaster is ideal for quick casts into alginate or latex moulds. No.1 Pottery Plaster is ideal for running slip latex, ceramicware and dinnerware. It is perfect for creating long lasting slip casting moulds.

The Hydrocal 105 gypsum is also known as buff stone. Ideal for dental moulds and life casting applications. Or check out our White Hydrocal, a great multi-purpose gypsum. Perfect for solid and hollow casting. High green strength helps minimize breakage during removal from moulds. White Hydrocal also offers a gradual setting-time, and long period of elasticity.

Hydrostone TB is an extremely strong, hard gypsum cement that’s great for press and stretch dies, as well as case moulds. It has a slightly higher setting expansion than Hydrocal. Perfect for solid casts and statues. Ultracal 30 is the industry standard for foam latex casting. It has the highest strength, without the tendency to warp. It’s ideal for applications where exceptional hardness is needed, close tolerance tooling, and case moulds. Each plaster and gypsum offer unique processing and handling instructions, so always follow the technical data sheets for processing information.
